Medium tart vinegar with distinct raspberry flavor our Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar complements meat, salad, and vegetables. Pairs well with Roasted Sesame, Meyer Lemon, Arbequina Central Valley, Persian Lime, Tuscan Organic, and any fruity EVOO. Drizzle over salad greens, with nuts and blue cheese crumbles. Marinade chicken, then grill.
Aged Raspberry Balsamic &Toasted Almond Vinaigrette (Raspberry Balsamic)
3 Tbsp. OWOC Raspberry Balsamic
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. OWOC Toasted Almond Oil
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/3 cup slivered toasted almonds
1/3 cup crumbled feta or Cherve cheese
2 quarts of your favorite greens
Place all the ingredients in to a bowl and whisk. Alternately, this can be made in a blender or food processor. Arrange greens in a bowl, drizzle with vinaigrette, sprinkle with almonds and cheese.
