Spicy Chocolate Brownies
1 store-bought box of brownie mix
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
OWOC Tunisian Harissa EVOO
Any regional OWOC EVOO
Follow instructions for brownie mix adding everything but the oil it calls for. Instead, replace the same amount with half regional EVOO and half Tunisian Harissa EVOO (or use the full amount of Harissa for extra spice!). Mix ingredients, add chocolate chips and bake according to directions on box. Let cool completely and cut into bite-sized pieces. Enjoy!
