Grilled Taco Burger

 

1 lb. ground sirloin

1 pkg. taco seasoning

2 Tbsp. Old World Olive Co. Espresso Balsamic

1 Tbsp. tomato paste

¼ cup minced white onion

1 pkg. smoked Gouda cheese

1 pkg. brioche buns

1 large tomato

1 head leaf lettuce

Sour cream

 

Mix first 5 ingredients together and form into ¼ lb. patties. Grill until medium well or your preferred temperature.  Assemble burgers with the rest of the ingredients.

Strawberry Sorbet with Espresso Balsamic

 

1 cup water

½ lime

¼ cup sugar

1 lb. frozen strawberries

¼ cup OWOC Espresso Balsamic Vinegar

 

Place all ingredients except balsamic into a Vitamix (or blender) in order. Blend on “frozen dessert” setting or for one minute, then short intervals until blended to desired consistency. Place in cups and drizzle with balsamic.
