Healthy Spinach and Artichoke Dip

 

Canned artichokes (mashed)

Frozen spinach (thawed and drained of all water)

Diced red pepper

Shredded or grated Parmesan or Asiago cheese

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Garlic powder to taste

Onion salt to taste

Oregano to taste

OWOC Jalapeno Balsamic Vinegar to taste

OWOC Garlic EVOO (enough to emulsify and bind dip)

 

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until desired consistency. Can be served cold or at room temperature.
