Ingredients
- OWOC Jalapeno Balsamic Vinegar to taste
- OWOC Garlic EVOO (enough to emulsify and bind dip)
- Canned artichokes (mashed)
- Frozen spinach (thawed and drained of all water)
- Diced red pepper
- Shredded or grated Parmesan or Asiago cheese
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
- Onion salt to taste
- Oregano to taste

Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until desired consistency.
- Can be served cold or at room temperature.
