Harissa Infused Olive Oil

A premium extra virgin olive oil infused with the warm, spicy aromas of Harissa, a North African condiment that combines roasted red and green chili peppers, garlic, coriander, caraway, saffron, and spices. Excellent as a base for a lamb marinade or tossed into couscous. It also makes for a wonderful finishing oil for all sorts of soups and stews.
