Seasonello Herbal Salt

Seasonello is the traditional Bolognese aromatic herbal salt, commonly used and very appreciated in the kitchen.  This mixture was once expertly prepared by housewives to flavor meals with chopped fresh herbs and sea salt, that was crushed using a glass bottle.  Use Seasonello as a healthy replacement most any dish.
