Refined "Spaghetti Neri" or black spaghetti (made with squid-ink and durum wheat semolina) meet the perfect seasoning of capers and paprika for a tasty and unique dish. This is a gourmet Italian recipe you can serve as is or alongside deep fried fish fillets.

Preparation: bring ⅓ cup of water and 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a boil in a large non-stick skillet or pan. Add the contents of the package, cover and cook  until most of the water has absorbed.

Useful tips: add 4 anchovies fillets during cooking and serve with fried breadcrumbs.
