Caprese Salad with Oregano Balsamic

Ingredients

1 Ingredient Name 1/4 cup OWOC Oregano Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/3 cup OWOC peppery, fresh, green EVOO such as Coratina
- 1 lb. ripe (preferably heirloom) tomatoes, thinly sliced
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. chiffonade-cut fresh basil
- 8 oz. fresh mozzarella, drained

Directions
Arrange sliced tomatoes on a plate.
Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Whisk balsamic and EVOO together.
Place a slice of mozzarella on each slice of tomato and sprinkle with basil chiffonade.
Drizzle with the vinaigrette and serve.
