Grapefruit Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

- 1/3 cup OWOC Regional EVOO, your choice
- 1/4 cup Grapefruit Balsamic Vinegar

- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- Dash each of fleur de sel and pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except for EVOO in a small bowl.
- Slowly whisk in EVOO until well blended. Serve vinaigrette over salad, or use as a marinade for chicken or fish.
