Ingredients
- ½ cup OWOC Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. OWOC Regional EVOO, your choice
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. minced shallot
- ½ cup red wine
- 1½ cups chicken stock
- 1 cup beef or veal stock
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- ½ cup golden raisins

Directions
- Cook garlic and shallots in 1 Tbsp.
- EVOO in a sauce pan until softened.
- Add red wine and Red Apple balsamic vinegar and boil until reduced, about 8-10 minutes.
