Strawberry Sorbet with Espresso Balsamic

Ingredients

- ¼ cup OWOC Espresso Balsamic Vinegar
blank
- 1 cup water
- ½ lime
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 lb. frozen strawberries
Directions
- Place all ingredients except balsamic into a Vitamix (or blender) in order.
- Blend on “frozen dessert” setting or for one minute, then short intervals until blended to desired consistency.
- Place in cups and drizzle with balsamic.
