Mixed Green Salad with Strawberry Dressing

- 3 Tbsp. OWOC Strawberry Balsamic
- ½ cup OWOC Regional EVOO, your choice

- 1 1 lb. basket strawberries, hulled, halved
- 5 oz. package mixed baby greens
- 7 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ cup toasted walnuts
Directions
- Mash 1/3 cup of the strawberries.
- Place remaining strawberries in a large bowl.
- Add greens, cheese and nuts. Whisk EVOO and balsamic in a small bowl to blend.
- Whisk in mashed strawberries.
- Season dressing with salt and pepper.
- Add to salad; toss to coat.
